Having the following on hand speeds up scoping, though none of it is required to get started:
- A short description of the site (address or general location) and what you're trying to accomplish.
- Whether the project is new construction, a renovation/addition, or an assessment of an existing building.
- Any existing drawings, reports or documentation you already have — helpful, but not required to get started.
- A general sense of timeline, if you have one, so the proposal can reflect it.

What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM MT. The office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Do you respond to email or phone inquiries faster?
Both are monitored during business hours; use whichever is more convenient. For urgent or complex projects, a phone call is often the fastest way to start the scoping conversation.
