How Projects Are Staffed
Projects are staffed according to the disciplines they actually need. A single-discipline engagement, such as a structural assessment, is handled directly by that discipline's team. A multi-discipline project — new construction involving civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural work — is assigned a coordinated team across those disciplines, with a clear point of contact for the project as a whole.
This staffing approach is part of why CanMaple scopes every project individually rather than offering fixed packages: the right team composition depends entirely on what a given site and project actually require.
